ERC Resolution No. 26, Series of 2016—A Resolution Adopting the Guidelines and Procedures for Online Report Submission of System Loss Segregation and Interruption Data to the Distribution Management Committee—provides that the Distribution Utilities are required to submit within six (6) months after the last workshop conducted by the Distribution Management Committee the Distribution system loss segregation and interruption reports electronically. On 05 January 2018, the DMC announced at the ERC website that the online report submission will commence in July 2018. However, due to the issuance of ERC Resolution No. 10, Series of 2018—A Resolution Clarifying the System Loss Calculation and Providing the Effectivity of the Rules for Setting the Distribution System Loss Cap—system enhancements for the online report submission and conduct of corresponding workshops are necessary.

The Distribution Management Committee is hereby announcing the deferment of implementation of the online report submission of Distribution Utilities of system loss segregation and interruption data to the DMC.
