NOTICE: Notice of Expository Hearing and Public Consultation on the DMC’s Proposed Rules to Govern the Monitoring of Small Grid Users’ Compliance with the Philippine Small Grid Guidelines

Notice is hereby given that the Distribution Management Committee (DMC) proposed the “Rules to Govern the Monitoring of Small Grid Users’ Compliance with the Philippine Small Grid Guidelines”.

The proposed Rules is posted at the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph for comment.

Relative thereto, expository hearing and a public consultation are hereby scheduled on 14 January 2014, Wednesday at 9:00 A.M. at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Ave., Pasig City.  

All interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on the proposed Rules to the DMC Office at the 20th Floor Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Ave., Pasig City on or before 19 December 2014. Electronic copies may be sent to dmcrules@gmcdmc.ph.
