invitation for comments on the 3rd draft Rules for the Power Supply Option Program in Luzon [Archive-84]

Notice is hereby given that the third draft “Rules for the Power Supply Option Program in Luzon” (previously referred to as “Rules for the Implementation of Interim Open Access in Luzon) has undergone revisions and is now open for comments from the electricity industry participants and stakeholders.

All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed Rules on or before 15 January 2010.  Electronic copies may be sent Hard copies may be delivered at the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) c/o Debora Anastacia T.
