Invitation to submit comments on the Resolution Enjoining Compliance with the DOE Circular No. DC2012-03-004, Entitled "Directing Compliance with the Electric Power Industry Reform Act of 2001 (EPIRA) to Address the Power Supply Situation Including the Rationalization of the Available Capacities in the Mindanao Grid and Providing for Fines and Penalties for Violations Therefor" [Archive-174]

Notice is hereby given that on April 2, 2012, the Commission issued "A Resolution Enjoining Compliance with the Department of Energy (DOE) Circular No. DC2012-03-004, Entitled "Directing Compliance with the Electric Power Industry Reform Act of 2001 (EPIRA) to Address the Power Supply Situation Including the Rationalization of the Available Capacities in the Mindanao Grid and Providing for Fines and Penalties for Violations Therefor", which is hereby posted for comment.
 
All interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on the said Resolution using the prescribed format at the ERC Main Office at Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City, not later than April 10, 2012. Electronic copies may be sent to legal@erc.gov.ph.
 
The said Resolution may be photocopied at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office or may be downloaded from the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph.
