A Resolution Setting Aside and Rendering Ineffective, for purposes of Expediency, Several Open Access and Retail Competition Rules to allow the Completion of the of the Retail Market Framework within the Timeline issued by the Department of Energy [Archive-177]

Notice is hereby given that on April 2, 2012, the proposed resolution entitled "A Resolution Setting Aside and Rendering Ineffective , for Purposes of Expediency, Several Open Access and Retail Competition Rules to Allow the Completion ot te Retail Market Framework within the Timeline Issued by the Department of Energy (DOE)", is posted for comments.
 
Relative thereto, all interested parties may submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on the said Resolution on or before April 26, 2012. Electronic copies may be sent to contestable@erc.gov.ph.
 
The said Resolution may be photocopied at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office or may be downloaded from the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph.
