Adoption of the Transitory Rules for the Competitive Retail Electricity Market (CREM) [Archive-203]

 In view of the commencement of Open Access and Retail Competition on December 26, 2012, Notice is hereby given that the 3rd draft of the “Transitory Rules for the Competitive Retail Electricity Market” (the “Rules”) is hereby posted for comments from the industry stakeholders. All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed Rules on or before October 15, 2012. Electronic copies may be sent to Said draft Rules may be downloaded from the ERC Website at or may be photocopied, at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office.

The said draft Rules is likewise scheduled for public consultation on October 24, 2012 at nine o’clock in the morning (9:00 A.M.) onwards at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Complex, Pasig City.

Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be given priority during the above-scheduled public consultation.
