Invitation to submit comments on the Revised FIT-All Payment & Collection Guidelines [Archive-209]

The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has posted on its website at www.erc.gov.ph  the Revised FIT-All Payment and Collection Guidelines. 

Relative thereto, all interested parties are invited to submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies) on the Guidelines on or before December 5, 2012 (Wednesday), using the attached format.  Electronic copies of comments may be sent to re-twg@erc.gov.ph or twg-re@erc.gov.ph. 

Public Consultation to discuss comments submitted and for the National Renewable Energy Board’s (NREB) detailed expository presentation is on December 12, 2012 (Wednesday), 9:00 a.m. at the ERC Hearing Room.  Parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be given priority during the above-scheduled public consultation.

The Guidelines may also be photocopied at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office located at Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
