Notice for Comments: ERC Case No. 2018-002 RM, In re: Adoption of the Proposed Rules Governing the Execution, Review, and Evaluation of Power Supply Agreements Entered Into by Distribution Utilities for the Supply of their Captive Market

Notice is hereby given that on April 17, 2018, the Commission approved for posting in its official website at www.erc.gov.ph, the proposed “Rules Governing the Execution, Review, and Evaluation of Power Supply Agreements Entered into by Distribution Utilities for the Supply of Electricity to their Captive Market.”
Relative thereto, all interested parties may submit their comments on the above-cited proposed rules (both in hard and soft copies, in word format) on or before May 9, 2018. Electronic copies may be sent to tariffs@erc.gov. The aforementioned proposed rules may be photocopied at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at 17th floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue. Pasig City.
Thereafter, the proposed rules will be set for public consulattion on the following dates and venues:
-    May 23, 2018 at 10:00 AM at ERC Visayas Field Office, St. Mary’s Drive, Banilad, Cebu City  for Visayas Stakeholders
-    May 24, 2018 at 1:00 PM at ERC Mindanao Field Office, Mezzanine Floor, Mintrade Bldg., Monteverde Avenue corner Sales Street, Davao City  for Mindanao Stakeholders
-    May 30, 2018 at 9:00 AM at ERC Main Office, ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City for Luzon Stakeholders
