Notice for Comments, ERC Case No. 2020-003 RM, In the Matter of the Rules to Revise Resolution No. 22, Series of 2006 Entitled "A Resolution Promulgating the Rules for the Regulation of Qualified Third Parties Performing Missionary Electrification in Areas Declared Unviable by the Department of Energy"

Notice is hereby given that on 15 October 2020, the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has approved for posting on its official website at www.erc.gov.ph, the first draft of the proposed “Resolution Promulgating the Rules for the Regulation of Qualified Third Parties Performing Missionary Electrification in Areas Declared Unviable by the Department of Energy".
Relative thereto, all interested parties may submit their comments on the above-cited proposed Rules  (both in PDF and Word files) to tariffs@erc.gov.ph, using the prescribed format in Annex “A” (attached herewith) on or before 19 November 2020.
