Notice for Comments, ERC Case No. 2018-004 RM, In Re: Rules for Setting Transmission Wheeling Rates (RTWR)

Notice is hereby given that on 27 April 2022, the Commission has approved for posting on 10 May 2022 in its official website at, the proposed Revised Rules for Setting Transmission Wheeling Rates (RTWR) (1st Draft), hereto attached as Annex “A”, and Regulatory Reset for the Fifth Regulatory Period from January 2023 to December 2027 for the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, Issues Paper (1st Draft), hereto attached as Annex “B”.

On 7 June 2018, the Commission posted in its website the draft “Commission Resolution on the Issues Paper of the Regulatory Reset for Transmission Services for 2016 to 2020 of the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP)”. The Commission’s Initial Position on the comments received on the aforementioned document is hereto attached as Annex “C”. These annexes can be downloaded from the Commission’s official website at

All interested parties may submit their comments/counter-comments on the proposed Revised RTWR and Issues Paper, both in hard and soft copies, using the prescribed template (see Annex “D”) on or before 24 May 2022.
